Orlando Baby Boomers Speak Out

Art Gallery at Mills Park, Orlando’s gender equal gallery, brings us 10: Harmony in Art on Thursday, March 23rd. The exhibition features ten of Central Florida’s modern contemporary artists from the Baby Boomer generation. The show gives a platform to the perspectives of a social group often underrepresented in the digital age. FullSizeRenderAll of the artists participating are members of Beaux Arts of Central Florida, and the wide array of works featured in the exhibition will encompass fine art, photography, and installation. The body of work was created by artists who’s content runs the gamut of genre and style. lilLillian Verkins, Beaux Arts member & creator of The Unthinkable (pictured above)

10: Harmony in Art will premiere at 6:30 PM at 1650 Mills Ave. No reservations or tickets are required for this event, and free parking is available.

Art Gallery at Mills Park works to feature a winning combination of male and female artists. Reminiscent of Berlin or New York, the gallery’s state-of-the-art ambiance features modern, retro-inspired European furnishings and elements of decor from Central Florida’s Mills & Nebraska Lumber Company.
