Gender Equal Gallery Goes Dutch

The thirteen-month-old gallery in Orlando’s Mills50 District will debut a show featuring some of Europe’s most respected artists. This release marks the beginning of the collection’s United States tour. The show will then hit Naples, Palm Beach, and Miami, before heading to New York City. The exhibit is made possible through a collaboration between LDVC, the Orlando-based art concierge company, and Sous Terre, one of the largest galleries in Europe.

The LDVC Dutch art show embodies the optimism, efficiency and positive energy found in one of the most progressive countries in the world. “During a period of economic and political uncertainty for most art collectors and aficionados, Dutch art is being exhibited at an unprecedented rate,” says Gallery Director Lael DeWahl. “The pragmatic and direct approach of Dutch art and culture appeals to a wide audience.” This timely exhibit follows on the heels of Art Basel Miami 2016, where several Dutch artists were seen in Wynwood.

The Art Gallery at Mills Park’s new show releases at 6:30 PM on January 27th, 2017. The opening reception is free to the public and the venue is located at 1650 North Mills Avenue, Orlando FL. The Dutch art show may be viewed at the gallery during normal business hours until March 5th, 2017. The artist lineup includes Clemens Briels, Jan van Lokhorst, Judith Braun, Laurien Renckens, Marianne Y. Naerebout, and Erik Langkjaer.

Art Gallery at Mills Park is Orlando’s gender-balanced gallery and works to feature a winning combination of male and female artists. Reminiscent of Berlin or New York, the gallery’s state-of-the-art ambiance features modern, retro-inspired European furnishings and elements of decor from Central Florida’s Mills & Nebraska Lumber Company. Art Gallery At Mills Park is open Thursday through Saturday from 6-9 p.m. For more information please call (407)766-7353, email, or visit
